We are here with delicious recipe of everyone's favorite Ail Pain | Garlic Bread.
So let's move on to make this amazing dish

Ingredients for Dough

- All Purpose flour (maida) - (2 Cup)
- Instant Dry Yeast - (2 Tsp)
- Powdered Sugar (2 Tbsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp or as per taste)
-Luke Warm Milk (2/3 Cup)
- Softened butter at room temperature (2 Tsp)
Garlic butter Spread:
- Butter (2 Tbsp)
- Crushed Garlic (1 Tbsp)
- Parsley (1 Tsp)
- Fresh Coriander leaves chopped (1 Tbsp)
- Oregano
- Red Chilli Flakes

Stuffing

- Diced Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese 

Recipe:

1. Add sugar to lukewarm milk

2. In a bowl of maida, add yeast and butter. 

3. By adding the milk start binding the dough.

4. The dough should be soft so add a spoonful or more milk if needed. 

5. Grease your palm with butter if the dough is sticky, bind it well.

6. Grease the bowl with butter once the dough is perfectly formed and cover it for 1 hour.

7. After one hour beat the dough again, grease it with butter if needed.

8. Now roll the dough with roller. (Be gentle with the hand)

9. Stuff the dough with cheese just like you stuff the paratha (check video)

10. Now place it aside for 45 mins again.

11. Meanwhile make garlic butter spread. Add coriander leaves, garlic, oregano and chilli flakes to butter and mix everything.

12. Now spread garlic butter over the dough we kept aside for spoofing. (check video)

13.180 degree 10 mins preheat & 30-35 mins baking time
